F/X Services E-Mail Gateway
With F/X Services E-Mail Gateway e-mail for your domains is routed through our mailservers. After scanning all incoming e-mail for virusses and spam the e-mail is delivered to the final destination. This can be your webhosting account, company mailserver or even home mailserver. This setup is fully managed by us which means you don't have to bother with updates and configuration. We make sure you receive a clean feed of e-mails so that you can concentrate on your work. E-Mail Gateway is a flatfee service and costs € 120,- per year per domain. There is no configuration on your end to make this work.

F/X Managed Services
With a Managed Services contract you have the advantages of owning a dedicated machine for your tasks. We can take care of building, installing and managing your servers. It's also possible to run specific tasks (webhosting, e-mail scanning, security appliance, CRM or other online (ASP) applications) on a virtual server. We can provide you with a fully managed VPS (VMWare) server. Any configuration changes, security updates or other maintenance can be handled by us.

Managed hosting customers are customers with specific needs: higher uptime guarantees than normal webhosting packages, high volume traffic, database / application hosting, gameserver hosting or (adult) websites with a high number of hits or large storage requirements. Managed hosting can be a virtual server or a complete serverfarm.

Managed Services packages are custom packages, setup specificly for your needs. Packages can just include security updates on machines that you place in our racks, or contain all of the above features of Managed Services.

A Managed Services agreement contains one or more of the following modules:

Services module: the type of service we provide (installation, updates, configuration, upgrading, hardware service)
Colocating module: amount space your setup needs in our racks, how much traffic is used and what level of redundancy required.

Pricing depends on which modules are included in your contract. Services modules range from a pay-per-hour model to flatfee server management schemes.
